On the Good Mood SafariŽ, participants experience the concept of movement while enjoying brisk walks along Wollongong's Northbeach and the award winning Sea Cliff Bridge. The positive effect that movement can have on the body is discussed. Participants also have the opportunity to engage in a range of different sessions which incorporate movement.

  • Am I happy with my current level of exercise/movement?
  • If not, what will help me increase my motivation to exercise regularly?
